Staying active on social media takes daily attention most business owners don't have time for. We handle the posting calendar end to end — writing, scheduling, and publishing content that sounds like you, not a template.
Every post is built around what your specific audience responds to, across the platforms where they actually spend time — so your feed stays active and on-brand without becoming another task on your plate.
Common questions.
Which platforms do you post to?
+
Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn are standard, and we can add or concentrate on others depending on where your audience actually is. Being present everywhere is usually a mistake for a small business. Four accounts posted well beat eight posted thinly, and the right four depend entirely on what you sell. A B2B professional service belongs on LinkedIn in a way a restaurant does not; a visual local business gets far more from Instagram than from X. We will tell you which platforms are worth your money and which are not.
How often will you post?
+
Three times a day, five days a week, is our baseline cadence, tuned to keep your feed genuinely active without looking automated. That volume is enough to stay visible in feeds that reward consistency, and it means someone landing on your profile sees a business that is clearly operating rather than one that last posted in March. If that pace is wrong for your audience or your industry, we adjust it. The cadence is a starting point, not a quota we defend regardless of results.
Who writes the content?
+
Our team writes it, working from your brand voice and goals, and you review and approve before anything goes live. The point is that you are not the one staring at a blank composer window on a Tuesday night. We learn how your business talks, what you want to be known for, and what you would never say, then produce content that sounds like you rather than like a marketing department. When something in the voice is off, tell us and it gets corrected across everything going forward.
Where do the images and video come from?
+
A mix of your own material and professionally sourced imagery. Your photos are almost always the strongest option, real work, real staff, real premises, so if you have them we will use them, and if you can send us new ones periodically the whole feed improves. When you do not have suitable images, we use properly licensed stock and design work. We can also produce original graphics and video through our video and creative services when a campaign warrants it.
Do we approve posts before they go live?
+
Yes. Nothing publishes without your sign-off, and that stays true for as long as you want it to. In practice, most clients review closely for the first few weeks while we calibrate the voice, then move to a lighter touch once they trust the output, because approving every post forever becomes its own chore. Some clients stay hands-on permanently, which is completely fine. You set the level of review, and you can change it at any time.
Do you respond to comments and messages?
+
Community management, replying to comments, answering direct messages, handling the customer who posts a complaint publicly, is related to posting but a separate function, and we scope it separately. It matters. An unanswered question under a post is a lost sale, and a public complaint left sitting is worse. Some clients want us handling all of it, and others prefer to answer their own customers and just want the posting handled. Tell us which you are and we will scope accordingly.
Will social media posting actually bring in business?
+
It reliably does two things: it makes you findable and credible when someone checks you out, and it keeps you in front of people who are not ready to buy today. Those matter more than they sound, because a prospect who has just been referred to you will look you up, and a dormant feed costs you credibility at exactly the wrong moment. What posting alone rarely does is generate direct sales at volume. When the goal is measurable lead flow, posting supports paid advertising and outreach rather than replacing them, and we will say so rather than overselling it.
Can you post to our existing accounts, or do you need new ones?
+
We work with your existing accounts, which stay in your name and under your control. If your profiles are incomplete, inconsistent, or missing on a platform where you should be present, we clean them up or set them up as part of onboarding. You keep ownership throughout, including the login credentials. If we ever stop working together, your accounts, your followers, and your posting history stay with you, because they are yours.
