FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common questions.

What is CuttingEdgeAI.Pro?

+

Our dedicated AI division, focused on bringing practical automation and insight tools to small businesses. The emphasis is on practical. There is no shortage of AI enthusiasm and very little of it survives contact with a business that needs a specific problem solved this quarter. The work is identifying where AI genuinely saves time or money in your operation, implementing that, and leaving alone the places where it would add complexity for its own sake.

Do I need to know anything about AI to get started?

+

No. We identify where AI fits your business and handle the technical side. What you need to bring is knowledge of your own operation: which tasks eat time, where errors creep in, what you keep putting off. That is the useful input, and it is not something we can supply. The technology decisions follow from it. Most clients start with no more than a clear sense of which part of the week they resent most.

What kinds of tasks can AI take on?

+

Repetitive administrative work, organizing and extracting information from documents, drafting routine content, summarizing and categorizing incoming inquiries, and decision support where a recommendation helps but a human still decides. The common thread is high volume with clear rules. Where AI performs poorly is anything requiring accountability for a judgment call, or where being wrong occasionally is unacceptable. We will tell you which side of that line a given task falls on before building anything.
